Frequently asked questions

  • As I’ve mentioned, my services are primarily aimed at those of the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled folk, those on low income, anyone that doesn’t feel comfortable in conventional bodywork spaces. This is not to exclude you if these do not apply, however please consider that my time is finite and some people might have limited options.

  • The couch currently in the shared space is a hydraulic table that allows the height to be changed manually (dimensions to be confirmed).

Alternatively, my table is a Porta-lite Classic and has the following dimensions:

    • Length: 211cm (with head rest) or 185cm (without additional head rest)

    • Width: 28” or 71cm (not including each 10cm arm rest)

    • Foam: 5cm double layer high density

    • Covering: PVC Vinyl leather

    • Maximum Working Weight: 267kg/35 stone

  • I use a blend of oils that includes sweet almond, sunflower, soybean and avocado. I also use non-bio washing powder for my laundry. If either of these will be an issue or you have other sensitivities, then please let me know prior to your treatment. There are alternatives I can use like rapeseed oil or pure jojoba that are hypo-allergenic.

  • Doesn’t bother me! We’ll most likely be using oil in our treatment so having a shower afterwards is usually recommended anyway.

  • It’s always been a goal of mine to have my treatments at a low cost. More often than not, massage is reserved for those that have disposable income, when so many more could benefit from bodywork. These prices are a guideline - I won’t question what you pay, however I trust my clients to be honest with what they can afford. Please contact me if you have more questions about pricing.
